Description:

ATCO's UPC #010 insulation sleeve is constructed of a thick fiberglass insulation blanket sheathed in a reinforced metallized polyester vapor barrier jacket and supplied in 5' lengths, with an extra 2 inches of jacket length for overlap. A starter cap is included in each carton.

Applications:

The 5' length UPC #010 insulation sleeve is designed to slip over standard sheet metal pipe and provides a fast economical job site installation.The UPC #010 pipe sleeve is designed for indoor use only and for HVAC systems not exceeding 250° F operating temperatures.

ATCO's UPC #010 Class 1 Air Duct is listed with Underwriter's Laboratories, Inc. U.L. Labels appear on each ATCO carton.

Installation:

Place the starter cap over the pipe and slide the sleeve on. If one five foot section is not sufficient, then butt join two or more sleeves together and overlap barrier. To complete vapor barrier, seal all joints using tapes listed and labeled to U.L. 181-B.
